The fully air-conditioned apartment is of the highest quality with Interior Designer furnishings to match: Double-glazed throughout, it boasts WiFi for use with guests' own laptops, a large living room with Satellite TV and DVD, and an iPod dock with speakers for use with guests' own iPod.
Guests with babies can hire our own Mothercare Travel Cot (please bring own linen) & Mothercare High Chair.
A roomy open-plan fully-fitted kitchen has real granite work tops and two good-sized double bedrooms with enormous built-in wardrobes. The fully tiled bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower. Solar panels provide endless hot waterbacked up by an electric system.
The Satellite TV system has access to many English channels including Films, Sport, Cartoons, Soaps and News. A selection of DVDs are provided, and you can also rent them locally.
We have provided a comprehensive 'Guest Information Book' within the apartment to help you get your bearings much more quickly so that you can start enjoying your holiday immediately you arrive. We encourage guests to add their own suggestions - from most-enjoyed restaurants to what's not to be missed. You'll also find a Cyprus Travel Guide to provide even more information.

This large first-floor apartment, in a block of only six privately-owned properties, has an expansive covered balcony stretching the full width of the property which enjoys daytime and evening sun - ideal for those hot Cypriot afternoons and those lazy chilled-out evenings. The balcony boasts comfy rattan easy chairs with coffee table as well as a further dining table and chairs.
Set back a little from the rest of the properties, the apartment block has no immediate neighbours on any side - it even has a distant sea view to its front!
There is lift access as well as stairs to the property and a dedicated parking space beneath the apartment on the ground floor.
Also, each block has one shared toilet with washbasin with external access on the ground-floor for convenient access from pool.
