This fully air-conditioned 2nd floor apartment is of the highest quality with furnishings to match: Briefly, the Moroccan-style living room faces south with a covered balcony and the American-style open kitchen looking into it.
There is an LG 32" flat-screen Satellite TV and LG DVD Player in the living room (please bring your own DVDs). An iPod docking station with speakers is available for use with guests' own iPods. Internet access is available throughout the apartment.
The fully-fitted kitchen includes fridge, integrated cooker, gas hob, and microwave, and boasts a granite work top.
There are two double bedrooms with built-in fitted wardrobes opening off the entrance hall corridor. The master bedroom is also at the front of the apartment and so enjoys the same stunning views as the living room and balcony - a sea view from the bed!
The four-piece bathroom is fully-tiled and includes a bath with overhead shower. Instant hot water is heated electrically.

The apartment and its balcony faces South, benefiting from the sun all day but with welcome overhead shade too. The balcony is furnished with two delightful rattan easy chairs with cushions and glass-topped coffee table. There is also a teak dining table with four cushioned chairs for alfresco dining. The dining table & chairs are foldaway for space-saving convenience.
Our block contains only 16 apartments and is adjacent to an infinity-style swimming pool with views over the Med. There are six pools on Bella Vista, all surrounded by grassy areas, and this pool has only six similar small apartment blocks nearby to share it. There is also a shallow children's pool adjacent to our block. Fortunately - our apartment overlooks neither!
There is plenty of parking on site adjacent to all apartment blocks. There is also a delightful coffee shop with a roof top seating area with views over Martil Bay and there is a children's playground.
As with all quality complexes in Morocco, access to the development is through a manned security gate. An electronic gate pass is provided in the apartment for guests' use.
